A legal professional with strong background in company formations, corporate structuring and secretarial works, AML compliance, corporate governance and employee laws, especially in the ADGM, DIFC and other UAE Free zones. Having qualified her Masters in International Human Rights Law, she had also worked as Assistant Professor. As a certified AML professional, she has also handled various MLRO roles for DNFBPs. She is currently pursuing Company Secretary-Executive Program at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
