Friyana Guzder is a driven legal scholar with a keen interest in the intersection of law and society. Inspired by Norway's restorative justice system, she developed a passion for the legal field during her secondary school years.
Her academic journey is characterized by her exceptional research, advocacy, and leadership skills. With a diverse legal portfolio encompassing Medical Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Tax Law, and Family Law, she is a versatile legal mind. Her dedication to community engagement shines through her influential roles, including serving as President of multiple student societies and pioneering the establishment of the first GirlUp Club at any university in the UAE. Her additional accomplishments include advising teams for international moot competitions and facilitating the 'Certificate in Legal Employability Skills Course'. She has been a featured interviewee and guest speaker for youth and financial empowerment programs.
