Clotilde Iaia Polak
Clotilde has been practicing law in Dubai since 2004. Before setting up Yungo Law, she worked as a consultant at Taylor Wessing and prior to that she was a Partner at Eversheds KSLG in Dubai.
Clotilde is a dual qualified lawyer, having been admitted to the Italian Bar Association as an Avvocato in 2003 and as a practising Solicitor by The Law Society for England and Wales in 2023.
Clotilde is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in the fields of estate planning, generational wealth, intellectual property as well as real estate law. She is currently overlooking all aspects of the firm and is in charge of its international business development.
Clotilde has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Corporate, Commercial and Islamic Finance Law in Arab Countries from the University of Bologna. Clotilde defended her thesis on “The Free Zones of the United Arab Emirates”.
Clotilde regularly publishes articles on various matters on specialized legal publications and web-sites and is often invited to speak at conferences and workshops in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
