Anastasia Shkarina

Anastasia Shkarina is a senior legal-operations strategist and the founder of Aluma Solutions, a consultancy that helps in-house legal teams and law firms modernize processes, adopt legal technology and AI, and deliver measurable business value. With over 20 years of multinational legal experience—including a decade leading legal operations and digital transformation—she bridges the worlds of  law, legal tech, AI and business strategy.

Before founding Aluma Solutions, Anastasia served as General Counsel and Legal Director across more than 50 markets in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, the UK, and Russia, last ten years at Unilever, and earlier for the Olympic Games and multinational giants. She has a proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformation across legal functions and advising law firms on operational excellence and AI readiness.

Anastasia holds executive certifications in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan and Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is widely recognized as one of the leading voices advancing AI adoption and data-driven legal operations.
