• Spearheading Major Infrastructure Contracts: Amr was instrumental in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for large-scale projects such as the Abu Dhabi–Sohar railway project  (Hafeet railway), contributing to the legal framework and ensuring compliance with international and regional standards.
• High-Speed Rail Project Between Oman and UAE: Played a pivotal role in reviewing Letters of Award (LOA) contracts and engineering consultant agreements, ensuring seamless collaboration between various stakeholders.
