[Music] the problem in this regard is that I see a lot of I get a lot of challenges when it comes to my name is Ahmed Elnaggar and this is Monday Legal and we're back with Ziad Ali from The Law Ziad uh I want to ask you about the uh the other project the other big thing that you are doing in the legal industry here I know that you've done the law for many years and so on and now you have the lawyers Advocates yes Awards yes not Awards it's not Awards okay okay so the lawyers Advocates tlaa it's a joint venture the is part of this joint venture okay uh the leading in this Venture is the Habib M Law Firm Dr Habib is the chairman of the student committee we have Dr Muhammad Salah ABAB and fakar firm empowering the committee we have Omar basuni and M firm we have G ABD Shahid and shahm also we have uh FMA and firm this is the steering committee or the leading of this initiative we have John he the chairman of the law is part of this committee and my role as executive director for the committee like doing the execution uh the idea of t or The Advocate is the syn tank for the legal profession we having our second but first in its way of a convention a great assembly for the brightest Minds in the legal field in the mayor region we are discussing the current situation and the future of the legal profession like we're not focusing on some matters or some practices area we're the legal profession at large like we're discussing ethics in the legal profession ethical consideration communication with with the client and the es considerations with clients we discussing the role of Technology uh and the change the revolution happening with technology and how can we better our uh goal and our mission as lawyers using the technology in the legal field we have a great banel by great people about how to expand your Law Firm internationally and regionally with some firms from our region who did great like Dr M and his expansion in Russia and in Europe and in very various countes in the Middle East we have uh Omar B Like An Egyptian La firm and now you see have five offices in different jurisdictions Dr madah ABAB and the amazing uh job he do representing the Arab people all over the globe in the arbitration field so and we have also a on empowering uh diversity and inclusion and empowering woman leaders woman in the legal field because yes everyone is talking about diversity and you can see woman everywhere but when you go to the senior position it's very rare to find a lot of women who owns their and manage their own firms being senior Partners in international firms so we having in a very practical way it's a Sy tank serving empowering the the legal uh profession at large the law at large and it's not related to arbitration it's not related to corporate it's the low profession at large when when is the event happening it will be happening on 2nd of October in Dubai okay it will be in sries hotel downtown it's a very heavy day it's a long juy day like starting from uh uh 10: a.m. till the night we'll have like a lot of networking breaks together we have as I said a lot of good panels and it's very important that people connect together and discuss strategies and sharing SS sharing knowledge sharing IDE ideas we have uh firms from Kuwait we have firms from qar we have from Saudi uee Egypt actually have like five International firms from uh uh from different jurisdiction all of these Think Tank together discussing uh thinking cooperating together for betterment of the legal services and the legal industry in uh in the region that's amazing that's amazing I'm I'm so look looking forward to be uh in the event and to meet all these lawyers and be part of the of the lawyers Advocates thank you very much Z for being with us thank you very much for the uh all the information and insight that you have given us uh so far and uh we are so excited to attend the lawyers Advocates and see you there our pleasure thank you for having me I'm looking forward to have uh M legal always with us thank you thank you this is your from Monday illegal see you next week
